michael nervous korg ds 10 - day 17 new album
here is a video I recorded in a cave with a 3d camera. The song was recorded into a camcorder through the mic input and the video from that camcorder was not used. the video was taken seperatly as i'm trying to get that part of my new album down (sorry for the non korg talk when it happens...it is a part of what I am doing on the album) -the 3d on the camera's screen is amazing. it even looks good on my pc. somewhere in the mixdown or you tube 's conversion something was lost. you can see in the video that it has a 3d effect at some points.
the song featured in this video is ready for recording for the album.

day 16 - brings 3d....and trouble- michael nervous album begins in 3d korg ds 10
video one did not work
video two worked, but does not have 3d effect.
these videos took me all night. now that i know how to get from camera to software to you tube i am happy. I felt a little taken at first as I made my own 3d camera setup and now have figured an easy way of uploading those videos as well. however being able to view in 3d is amazing. if you want to take the cheap route let me know and i can do a quick post about it.

I was afraid of this
I have software and a camera...my plan was to document and put everything on youtube and blog it as i make the new album. Well I may have to wipe my hard drive as my computer has a lot of issues and will not support what I want to do. The thing is that after wiping it I may still not be able to do what I want...and you know there is always things that get really screwed up when you start over....anyway enough complaining.....
day 14 and day 15 brings new songs and videos...I hope
I was away for a few days and was still working on songs. I tried to blog from my iphone (I have done several times before) and i ran into some issues.The mobile blog seemed very easy but the web did not like what I was doing. my text was adding html like crazy and promoting the blog app I was using on my iphone.
several songs are complete (patterns not performance) and some new videos will be up soon.
On my trip I got very familiar wit my 3d camera and will be trying to post some video and pics to go along with the album.

day 13 brings blog trouble

day 13 of new album brings new camera
i have posted about some software i have been using to make 3d videos that i have had for sometime. well yesterday i finally got my 3d camera (not like the homemade setup i have been using) this camera is amazing! I have been using it all day and night. I have also been working on new material for the album but nothing to post. The camera records video and pics and records in stereo sound as well. I will be posting pics and videos once I know more.
Day 13 more new songs
Unable to post to YouTube right now -as I'm trying a new camera setup....will keep updated.
Day 12 new song in the works
I worked on the new song today (which is now day 12 up late) it's not finished for YouTube. But I did purchase a new Ds 10 cart at best buy for $10 dollars off - 10% coupon and five dollar coupon = $14.98 after tax. I have concerns with my backups so i bought the new cart. I will do an unboxing video for fun with new song.

DAY 10 - 2&R - NEW MICHAEL NERVOUS ALBUM
korg ds 10 in the dual mode using the drum machines as synth arpeggiators.
lots of noises. the tracks fell apart and were meant as a track not on the album. i have been working on it with the album but did not like the flow. somehow the sav got messed up and i liked what i did to it in the end.

Day 9 - New michael nervous album - song - krafty
the korg ds 10 sphere:
I spent some time with video software on this one- I was trying to get more familiar with the video software so when I complete a whole song I might be able to have a video idea ready at the same time. I'm hoping for 3d. I have put a lot effort in the past into 3d and have had great results...the problem was youtube. now youtube supports 3d. now the problem is my homemade rig for 3d won't go to you tube. ok so I have 3d software and a 3d camera on the way but my computer is outdated and won't support these things. anyway once I get the camera I will see what I can do----not the time for a new computer.
the audio is again untouched (WELL WAIT! HAVE i MENTIONED THAT THERE IS A 10DB PAD GOING INTO MY MIC INPUT ON THE CAM? I had to put the pad on or it would distort...anyway if anything that lowers the volume and does not enhance it).
this song has several versions-see what the final result is by keeping up with the blog.thanks for checking it out.
